To be eligible for DACA, you must meet the following criteria:
You came to the United States before your 16th birthday.
You have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007.
You were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012.
You were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of your DACA application.
You entered the United States without inspection before June 15, 2012, or your lawful immigration status expired as of June 15, 2012.
You are currently in school, have graduated from high school, have obtained a GED, or have been honorably discharged from the military.
You have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanors, and do not pose a threat to national security or public safety.

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is currently not accepting initial applications, and we are currently extending DACA applications at this time. You can Renew your DACA Application within 120 days of expiration.

Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is a temporary immigration benefit that allows individuals from certain countries to remain in the United States if they are unable to return to their home countries due to ongoing armed conflict, environmental disaster, or other extraordinary and temporary conditions.
